Information you provide
When you book a walkthrough or contact Memetic Labs, we may receive your name, work email, company, website, role, scheduling information, and any market or company context you choose to share.
No sensitive data is required
The Live AI Walkthrough does not require sensitive internal data. It is based on public buyer-facing prompts, public web evidence, and context voluntarily provided by the company.
Do not submit confidential customer data, trade secrets, private credentials, security keys, regulated personal data, or information you are not authorized to share through booking forms, email, or a walkthrough.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare for and deliver walkthroughs or engagements, communicate about the work, maintain business records, and improve the relevance of the diagnostic process.
Public evidence and AI tools
Memetic Labs reviews public information about companies, competitors, categories, products, and markets. During a walkthrough or engagement, public information and voluntarily supplied non-confidential context may be submitted to third-party AI systems to run buyer-facing prompts and evaluate outputs. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Booking, hosting, analytics, and communication tools
The site and business may use third-party providers for scheduling, hosting, analytics, email, document storage, and communication. These services may process basic account, device, network, or usage information according to their own policies.
Confidentiality
Non-public business information shared in a private engagement is treated as confidential unless it is already public, independently known, required to be disclosed by law, or you authorize its use.
Retention and deletion requests
Business records are retained as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, legal obligations, and legitimate operational purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting Memetic Labs, subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.
No sale of personal information
Memetic Labs does not sell personal information to advertisers.
